Bluegreen Golf hired Carolinas Golf Group some 7 years ago to manage our 6 golf courses. Over the years they consistently achieved/bettered the Plan for the year; were creative in developing 'out of the box' marketing programs that were effective in promoting more profitable rounds and enhancing our Brand; and kept a very high and positive level of employee morale at each facility. Carolina Golf Group has made an impact on CCS. 100 new members since September 9. Working on staff training and improving service and making good progress. Also making some tough business decisions. Imagine that? Certainly seem s like a good move for us to have hired them. Dan is working well with the staff and they have responded positively. We will survive. Not sure we would have if we had continued with “business as usual”.
